The Dog and Doublet Inn has recently been refurbished and we have honored the Arts and Crafts style of the architect Sir Guy Dawber, his architectural gem seems to have gone unnoticed by so many and we hope our project has done him justice. The Dog and Doublet has once again become the heart of many things in Sandon The bedrooms have been refurbished giving the standard of accommodation expected by those visiting our wonderful area - we will have 2 singles and 9 double rooms of varying individual character.Serving tradition home cooked food throughtout the day that can be enjoyed on a chilly winters day infront of a blazing log burner or in our stylish garden on a warm summers day.The Lewis Partnership also run The Swan, The Bear Grill and Greengate Deli in Stafford and The Moat House at Acton Trussell.

At the roundabout take the A34 signposted to Stone.At the next roundabout continue straight on to the A34.At the second roundabout continue straight on to the A513, signposted MOD Stafford. Follow this road for a mile and a half.Turn left onto the Sandon Road, signposted Sandon.Follow this road to the T-Junction at the end of this road, The Dog and Doublet Inn is situated on the right hand side.
